Upon this hill where the roses grow,
Under these willow trees where limbs sag low,
Is the exit I have found,
From this suffocating World no more shall I be bound,
For tonight I dig my way out.

Lonely is this cemetery where I choose to flee,
Among the fallen, the weary, and now the free.
Free from the chains and shackles that were placed around their wrists.
A way of being I shall never miss.

Night comes quickly to blanket the earth,
Beside this ancient chapel is where I make my hearth.
Hidden deep down is where my lasting peace resides,
So here is where I drive my blade,
I have only a short time to bide.

As the shovel plunges into the muck and clay,
This tired mind drifts back to thoughts of better days.
Remembering times that are lost and again will never be,
Remembering a man that was never me.
That man, I shall lay him down,
Never again shall he utter a sound.

This life, mangled by years of regret,
Was anything but prefect.
Soon, the heavenly Father I will face,
And climb back upon that pedestal of grace,
From which I fell,
For tonight I dig my way out of this hell.

Ring around the Rosie,
Pockets full of Posies,
Ashes to Ashes,
Dust to Dust,
We all,
Fall,
Down.

Upon this hill where the roses grow,
Under these willow trees where limbs sag low,
Is the exit I have found,
From this suffocating World no more shall I be bound,
For tonight...

I dig my way out

Ring A -round The Rosie?
Okaaayyy...
Until I hit that it was pretty insightful... and though dark it was fascinating...

retrospect
You are sad. Not that it would take a genius to figure that out. Looking at life as "This can't be real." It is beautiful. I see the ring around the rosie as nostalgia. I liked it.

prefer cremation

Either way I liked it with rosie or not. But personally, I prefer not to have maggots in my eye sockets or my body parts stolen by a manic like Ed Gein.

But why?
Are you sure you want to be buried next to a chapel? I think you can come up with something more appropriate. Maybe the garbage dump? Maybe a city park with your grave in the center, a forty foot tomb? I mean, forty feet! Wow! That's something.
Let me know how the anti-depressants work out for you.
