I keep getting these movie offers
from this woman producer
who wants me to play a Pirate -
she wants to direct me in the part
and she talks a good show
but she's never directed before -

My part is, I kidnap this Princess
(beautiful, young)
and, with a combination
of my personal, exotic magnetism
and sheer, raw, sex appeal,
spirit her away somewhere, and
coerce, almost force her
into a mad, impassioned, thrilling
extended sexual experience
(lots of romance, lots of rapture)
and then she gets rescued
and I get caught
and hung -

She says she's got a script good enough
to win her an Oscar
and that I'll give an Oscar-worthy performance
but drop out of sight before the awards -

If I don't like this script,
she says she's got one
about Albert Einstein's second wife -

Bravo
Your performance, albeit not started yet was wonderful. I liked this. It has pizazz. I think you should take the part...smiling who knows where it might lead.

Yo-ho-ho for silvered teeth
A charming, rolling read, John. Funny and apt.

whose movie?
it couldn't really be autobiographical, could it?

i'm kind of smirking at what you could possibly be getting at here. and even if it is a straight-up anecdote from your life... well... then... i guess god's getting at it, and hoping you catch her drift.

i might have to write a poetic response about what kind of movie offers i've been getting lately.

well done wild oneó

kinda like
It's of course autobiographical, well as metaphorical: I'm to play this 45-year-old, recently-widowed Pirate (adventurous social outlaw, sailing the seas of emotions), and seduce this lovely, 19-year-old assistant librarian, and...

Librarian?
I am getting the impression you really got it in for this assistant librarian. Am I right? Don't answer. I loved this, I say you take the part!!
