Einstein said,
"Time is relative dears."
Still we count out our lives
In irrelative years.

Time is for us
Only what we believe.
The hands move just so
Only here, at our seas.

High mountain tops
Pass the hours more slow.
Their fifteen degrees,
A bit further to go.

Deep in the earth
Men scour through rock.
Their days are foreshortened
When they punch on the clock.

The place where you live;
ItÕs more of the same.
Whether down at the beach,
Or up in a plane.

So take all your years,
Your downs and your ups.
Tally your travels
And add them all up.

Terra circumference,
Plus your average height,
(Its different knee-high,
Than it is at your sight!)

Your new circumference
Is your average flight.
(Is it longer or shorter
Than the sea is at night?)

Everyone's different.
Not just you are you see.
If your flight's a bit longer,
You're younger than me!

This is just the beginning,
It could all be a dream!
Your quantum state is both
Two and eighteen!

The age on your card is not true
(And unwise)
But a measure of time
You've enriched all our lives.

So banish your calendar,
Your tables and charts,
and measure your life,
Not in years; but in laughs.

35 years
neat...I liked it..it seems that this person with you added together to be 35 years..is point of it all...anyway...I am married to my husband over 31 years...I am younger that he only by a few months.
When I get my hair fix he says I look a lot younger which makes him feel a lot younger no matter what he really is...I love the last line that says throw away the license for you seem younger by laughter that you display...I can relate to that...before my husband had has stroke he always made me laugh....
