God Your presence gives me energy,
Then came a light with a crimson glow,
Like a clear stream that forever runs,
I will never turn away from my faith,
You are in my thoughts and dreams.

Knowing that You are there,
Brightens up my days and nights,
When the days and nights pass by,
I'm never alone; You are still in the midst,
I fret not myself against evil-doers.

Father;
(I cry for the lost souls),
(I witness to some of them),
Showing them Your love abides,
Your light bursts with grace,
Happiness, peace, and self-love.

You delivered me out of the dark,
Covering me with Your blanket of love,
Bringing out the dimensions of power,
Through my heart - -
Lord I made it in life,
With prayer.

Your love touches my heart and soul,
I thought that I could do alot on my own,
But Lord; You had other plans for my life,
I thank You Jesus for keeping me.

very nice
I'm not a religious person, but this was very well-written and shows a lot of love, caring, and devotion for God. I enjoyed it :)

I thought I could do alot on my own
We all think that at times...if we would only realize that apart from God we can do nothing..He is and always will be in control...That is a beautiful poem...It touched my spirit...thank you

Very good
I am touched by your writing. Just one suggestion; if you could keep God obscured and let the reader feel that it is God and Father that are the subject. It would have left reader to come to the same conclusions.
