She is the Goddess,
The one everyone should adore,
As if she was a pop star
With Versace dresses,
As if she knew how to dance
In the modern style,
Even though she doesn't.

She is the Goddess,
With perfect eyes of waltzing blue,
And hair as blonde
As only the sun can highlight,
As if it wanted
To turn her into a star,
To return her to heaven.

She is the Goddess,
But don't let that fool you -
The Goddess is still human
Stifling the yawn
Of mortality,
Whilst life tries to mould her
Into a silicon symbol.

Silicon Symbols
I liked this. It made me quite curious as to who you were talking about. My instincts say Paris Hilton, but then didn't she make herself a silicon symbol? Ah, well. It's good as is and perhaps better for leaving a question mark hanging in the air regarding your star goddesses identity.

i think i get it
I was just wondering if your goddess was an actual person or an ideal..? I almost want to say your goddess is just a personification of things that are feminine..?

i'm curious as all hell who you're talking about here. Are you just gonna leave us all hanging?

No-one in particular, though the main basis (the yawn) was inspired by a cute blonde on a bus :D
