Where are all these crazy ratings coming from? I mean, new people on here is casting their votes and nothing to show for their work.Yes there are some that sign up and just give comments that I can understand. Hmmm! makes me wonder. My spirit tells me something is crooookedddd going on, now I may be wrong, but I don't think I am. Where is the honesty? I love honesty, but everybody is not like me, nor am I like him or her. All I know something is cooking in the boiler, and is running over. Need to put a lid on things, and keep it in the pot.

Anyway, somethings just get blown out of symmetry on this site,. For example, who allows someone to cast a 0 vote(score), namely unknown. Hmmm! strange,I'll say. Nevertheless the staff should initially review potential conflicts.

Compliance with the rules and regulatins. Moral offenders, unethical behavior. It is crazy, this suppose to be a site where writer's improve their work. and enter write-offs, etc.....

Almost like The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly. we have here violations of random selection. That is my opinion of course. The so-called voters who deliberately use loaded or unfairly score under disguise.

I smell a 'R-A-T.'

Blessings,

The Rating Game
My personal view is that each person who is part of this site should serve a probationary period as a writer. This would weed out those with a lot to say who haven't the least clue what they're talking about. It would also let everyone else know whether the person in question is to be taken seriously or not.

In my personal experience, if you fix things so that a person has to make posts in order to express an opinion, the abusers will usually skulk away at the mere sight of genuine effort. Remember- abuse is a form of vandalism, and vandalism is a crime of opportunity. Remove the opportunity and you curb the problem.
