basically, don't grade this for punctuation (i like sporadic (sp?) capitalization).

i just need a 'amen' for all those out there who feel like every year on the holidays, life just keeps on getting harder and harder to live. i mean, before and after is okay, but around Christmas, Hannukah, Kwanza, or whatever you choose to celebrate, fighting/self-loathing..or basically just problems occur out of the blue.
not to mention there are alot of crazy people who come around my house on the holidays. some lady broke into my house this morning screaming, " Lance!!! Where are you?" It was quite scary considering I don't know who the fuck she was + who Lance was for that matter, but I was too tired to care. hell, I was so groggy I thought she was asking where the present were. The worse part was I was about to tell her. now we remember to lock our door.
speaking of lunatics, ever hear of the urban legend where you go to the mall Christmas shopping and people hide under cars and when you go to unlock you door or trunk or whatever, they slice open your Achilles Heel and make off with your presents. yep...frightening how some people won't get off their asses and go get a job at mcdonalds so instead they hide under peoples cars and attack them around Christmas time. hm...makes me wonder what "odd jobs" they have to do to get by when it's not the holidays.
one thing i do know, everyone has relative problems on the holidays. whether it be fights with your annoying cousins, bratty little brothers/sisters, verbal abuse with in-laws, getting ugly sweaters from Aunt Patty, or anything of that sort, everyone has had their fair share of experiences. in my family, we're very dysfunctional, so the holidays is the only time we get along...laugh...it's ok.
thank god they've increased my prescription of sedatives. i'm a prescription drug-addicted teenager, so i know i won't remember a thing after this Christmas.
anywho...i hope you all have a happy holidays. wisely pick a designated driver (don't want to pop up at god's place unexpected). i'm serious. be safe kids.
happy christmas, hannukah, kwanza, winter solstice, whatever else there is. ~the v
