do I have to tell the truth to everyone?
isn't it better to lie ?
than tell ,you are going to die?
than tell ,you are not beautiful?
than tell ,you are to awful?
than tell ,you are the one i don't love?
than tell ,you aren't the one i think of?
do I have to tell the truth to everyone?
isn't it better to lie ?
than hurt the ones i love?

Truth
Truth almost always hurts, and in my opinion I feel it is always best to be as honest as possible, especially in affairs of the heart (romance) you could lead someone on and initially end up hurting them worse with the lies. Truth is never what peopel want to hear, but it's the best medicine when trying to avoid breaking a heart. This poem was just ok, nothing really stood out for me, nothing porfound, but GOOD none-the-less.

The Truth
Your use of all questions was interesting and your "then tells" was original. If the character of this poem is a younger person (teenager or younger) then I can see the struggle with truth vs. lying based on naivete and inexperience. What I think would make this better would be if you were to write another stanza from the point of view of an older character who answers most or all of the previous questions, based on knowledge and wisdom. Good effort.
