melting bodies blend between
the real and the unreal of sublime fantasy
lured by the glistening moonlight
i eased my head gently upon your shoulder
you held my world upon those pillars
and in those starving intense eyes
i see the colours of the night
merge into a cadence of haunting paradise
arms encircled around hesitant warmth
everything falls and it feels so right
feasting spirits and dancing souls
my lush satin dress now lingers of your sweet cologne
