Gaping blinds evince motes of
Dust transpicuous and hanging
In the lighted column of space. Now

Dragged through time, A boy still
Trusts his father as he
Clutches hands.

To tug this child through
Dark and light, expecting force to
Scatter and repel the soot that
Lingers in this flue, expecting
Not to breathe the gritty climate:
This uproots the flower- hoping
vitally to thrust it toward the

Nourishment of light- alive but
Suffocating opulently.
The imploding maw of flame in-
hales the excess light- it grows, un-
twining the strands of smoke, a
smoldered corpse, although puerile.

hi mike
Hey Mike, man you can write. We all miss you here at Waubun. You'll have to come visit at graduation. I did a search on your name, and I found this sight. Email me.
