Like a rain that never ceased;
I can't forget, to say the least,
A love as sweet as this.


You poured me wine from the dew,
And loved me in a season—
Still I can't supply a reason
For the season that is you.

Good to read you again. Very nice - economic and lucid. Left me with a sweetness on the tongue - can;t beat that.

Thank you Ken. Sometimes I had wished that the pieces I write could be a little more elaborate. In most cases they seem to be all that could be said. Maybe I didn't set out to say much to begin with...
