Infinities fold
Beneath immaculate tongues
Building truth from dust

Sauntering onward
The mind, an easy target,
Falling prey to fear

Fear in the unknown
Fear in the hells derived by
Immaculate tongues

And sedation in
The promise of a release
In a salvation

Somewhere deep within
Exists a state of being
In absence of time

A sacred premise
Where all things are known all ways
To be viewed as one

Stumble now upon
The very threshold
Of the mind of God

Falter here
In black unstable

This is where Babel fell

This is where the Devil took flight

This is where Eden wasted away

Forty nights on the wings of solar winds!
Forty days in the trench
Dreams, they teach us all the strangest things
And I find I’d
Falter into madness if I could
But the mad, you see,
They never recognize any of their own
They never find assurance in the resting of their bones
At the gates of Babylon
Lose themselves amongst the stones
Oh and the ancient cosmologies
They sure had a lot to say
Especially our current ones
Cause in this mindset
Here at the threshold of the mind of God
We are no less ancient than they
In no way capable of recognizing an end
To a loop
A loop that never began
Alright Hey!

Let’s all have a good time this holiday weekend!

dust
So, I was sitting here thinking that what I need is a nice gentle poem - maybe about love - or a failed relationship. Then I fell upon this E-ride and went for a mind spin. I'm a little dizzy - but a great ride. Glad to read you again ;)
