Hysis slinked across the metal roofing, his steel boots clanking across the cheap sheet metal as he was attempting to get away, back to his boss. Hysis needed to get back to his boss so that he could get the piece of jewelry out of his hair, and to get a new job to get some money to help his parents. As he headed across the metal roof he thought in the back of his mind “Jeez, I hope that I get enough money this time to help get my parents through at least a couple of days.”

All of a sudden Hysis’ helmet started vibrating, “Hysis!”
Hysis heard the sound of his bosses voice, booming over the low quality speakers located next to both of the ears. “Yes sir?” Hysis responded,
“I need you to get done with your mission as soon as possible. I have a big mission that a pip-squeak like you might be able to get your big break as a GT with.”
“Alright sir, I’ll be right there sir!”

Hysis knew that this could be his only chance to get his big break. He could tell just by the way that his boss instructed him.Normally his boss called him kid, but this time, he called him "pip-squeak" It was all up to Hysis to decide whether that was a step up, or just a sign of his boss' constant temper.

Hysis decided to entertain himself with music on his way back to the GTHQ. He flipped though the music stations available on his helmet. "Hmmm, what should I listen to?" He thought, "Oldies!"

Hysis continued to switch through the stations until he found the station that played music from the past. He now had to decide what artist to play, Coldplay, Switchfoot, Finger Eleven. He decided to go with Coldplay, one of his favorite oldies band. Now his song selection was narrowed down to Viva La Vida and Clocks. After a short deliberation, Hysis went with Viva La Vida.
As Hysis continued to run across the sheet metal roofing structures, the loud noise echoed across the city, almost a comparison to the excitement in his heart about his new assignment.
