Night Tales

Listen to the night tales and rides to Canterbury
Singapore pearls and mountain gold
I hear your fantasies and I'll write of your glory
As long as your gaze holds bold

Just a ragged singer with hope in his eyes
That you could come to love only me
I’ll write you poetry and tell you pretty lies
So you‘ll see what’s inside of me

Look in my eyes - hearing the night sounds
Feeling your smile - talk out the end of day
Lady, won't you give me a sigh, lets stay here awhile
My Lady you’re so comfortable.

It's hard to see through misty dreams - call on any night
I'll ride in on your only unicorn
Alit near your throne - drinking wine to your sight
Pardon, My Lady, my sad robe has been torn

It's just my reacting but I just have to smile
Your glow makes my visage change

Look in my eyes - we're making those night sounds
Hearing your heart - made love till the break of day
Please grant me a smile; let’s lay here awhile
My Lady, you're so comfortable.

The Minstrels back My Lady - please take my hand
I'll sing you tales of far away
Seaside dancing and toes sifting though the sand
It's only my reacting but I have to smile yeah yeah
Your glow has my visage change.
Your glow makes my visage change.
Your glow makes my visage change.

Why is doing what you love the hardest thing to do? Is it because failing what you thought defined you would be too devastating a thing from which to recover? If so, we stay where mere accident has left us.
