Now this is all Tinalouise's fault. Okay seriously, I put a comment in recently and suggested a way of finding the muse through meditation. What would be interesting is for you guys to try it and post the fruits of your meditations.
Le technique, du pain, du vin, sorry it's a sponsor on tv that really irritates me.
Here we go then, find a quiet room. Make yourself comfortable, close your eyes and relax. Now imagine a white blank chalkboard and try to fill it with words, just let the words flow in, don't force it, don't strain - you might need ointment otherwise. Don't worry if you don't get there at your first attempt.
Enjoy the chance for a quick snooze if nothing else.
Here's what I came up with yesterday after a brief meditation.
Consider the circle
a simple complexity
of cycles and wheels
shapes and forms
universal and complete.
btw at one point in this post I wrote neditation - one of these days I'm going to leave all the mistakes in - it can be hilarious at times.
