OK, now. It's always risky to predict the future. Especially sixty years from now. But I will give it a stab.

My predictions are based on not only digital and demographic trends, but also Elliot Wave theory. The powerful fractal radar discovered in the 1930's by R.N Elliot and refined by my closest financial friend. Whose name shall remain anonymous.

X who I met in 1988 has been a good friend and was once a fellow trader. X still trades and is actually managing a massive short position as I type.

We had a lively e-mail exchange today and here is the gist of it.

Both the GOP and the Democratic party will become extinct.

With digital transparency we will be able to vote them out so easily, and find out what they're really doing, that they won't be able to lie to us anymore.

The web will shrink all top/down political and economic systems.

We're saying the WEB will CAUSE the decentralization of government away from Washington D.C. and back to more local government power. Politicians won't need to go to DC to conduct business, so can stay in their own areas and be in more touch with the people they represent.

Most important of all, the House of Reps can increase to it correct size (about 15,000 at this time) to truly represent the number of people now living in the U.S. A group that size can ONLY vote over the internet - they could never meet in one room to vote.

The American people (even congress) will realize that the FEDERAL RESERVE really doesn't have control over the economy and the world - that it is simply too big to "control" and they will finally go back to a more "natural" economic system - not a fractional reserve banking system.

By the late 21 century we will be at the start of a modern "dark ages" and probably world wars and nuclear wars and ecological collapse will be a real possibility. In a de-centralized global environment all those nukes built way back in top/bottom days when will be hard to control.

But, until then we're still bullish long-term, not taking into account the next few years just ahead of us .
