In the town of Cunning
where Miss Witchisin lives
walked a slick cat named Shifty.
He grinned a toothy grin
and tipped back his hat
revealing his last name was Greedy.
Well Miss Witchisin,
she had a spell of her own
one that Shifty couldn't see through.
When she lured him into her gaudy den
his face turned a beautiful blue.
He lay dead from the poison
that laced her sweet lips
One that she drank for tea
A brew she brewed of arsenic and hips
'twas teaming with viamin C!
The town of Cunning put Witchisin on trial
but the verdict came back not guilty.
Not because they were swayed by her smile
Nor from arguments given respectively.
For Judge Crafty sat on the bench
and everything went her way
he had enjoyed a tryst with the wench,
the jury brays to this day!
So Miss Witchisin went on to be very old
in the same house that Shifty died.
Cunning grew large and oh, so cold,
Full of ugly toads, dining on flies.
