Carefully she cultivates
The Poison tree
She snips some branches
here and there
And waters it delicately
Only for the beauty
The heedless beauty
The trance of those
Thorny thorns as they bleed
Out death
Does she know
The danger there?
Does she care?

The Garden Path
This is a poem where i read and read and still cannot delve into its full meaning. This comes off to me as a mirror of superficial society, I'm sure it can be interpreted in many different ways. I'm sure i will think differently when i read it again now! Thanks for keeping it honest.
