Keen Publications, Inc. is seeking stories of aggressive, creative women who made the first move to get the man of their dreams for a book to be published in 2006.
We are paying $20 for each story we accept that explains how you did something proactive, unique and/or outrageous to get the guy of your dreams.
We need true stories that include what you did/said/planned, etc. to grab your tiger by the tail. That first move could be anything-- perhaps you created a clever ruse of some sort. Maybe you grabbed that tiger by a "tale." If the first move was yours, and it resulted in success for you, we want to hear about it. Please indicate if your initiative resulted in marriage or committed arrangement.
The most unique and inspired tales will be accepted for publication. Please note that it doesn't have to be your story; you may submit the story of any female you know who brazenly took the initiative--it could be your best friend, aunt, etc., if it complies with the above. You may choose to remain anonymous, or we will give you credit in the book for your successful story--whichever you prefer. Either way you will be paid if your submission is published.
E-mail your submissions to KeenPublications@aol.com. Please put GRAB THAT TIGER in the Subject line. Put your story in the body of the e-mail (no attachments, please) and single space it. Please stay within the 750 word maximum.
Keen Publications is the publisher of Keen on New York Top-Rated Services, 2004 Ed., a successful survey-based consumer book, which was sold in Barnes & Noble and other fine stores, and online, last year.
