Chapter 1
Titles
Chapter 2
The Arraigned
It is a dark night. Inside of a building there is a girl on her knees laying down the head of a body. This is Alishea. She has her hair back in a ponytail, and she is wearing a matching denim outfit. Alishea picks herself up and stands as she looks at her blood covered hands. Camera moves to show her face stern, and confused. Fade to black.
-24 hours later- Fade back
The same girl is seen running thru a narrow alleyway she runs for a few seconds until a man in a trench coat steps to the end of the path. Camera close up on her eyes looking left then right for a way out. She runs toward a door and shoulder butts it open, she slams it behind her, locking it. A battering picks up on the door and she backs away slowly. Possible stairs can be seen behind her. If no stairs, then it’s too dark to tell what’s behind her. Scene fades to black.
Movie title flashes across screen.
Rendezvous With An Accused Murderer
Chapter 3
The stalling
-13 hours later-
A radio announcement can be heard as the scene starts to fade back in. We see two girls in their best clothes. Listening to the announcement.
Radio Announcer: we have a report of another recent murder, these facts just coming in. a murder out side of an unnamed city has just been recently reported by eye witnesses that claim to have seen the murderer leave the scene of the crime. For the reports of witnesses they claim also that the murderer has medium brown hair, and wearing it in a ponytail. No arrests have been made. No other details have been released except, the victim seems to have been executed in the same style as the other 12 victims. For more on the Rosebury murders, keep the dial set to….
The girl driving, Cindy, turns the radio off.
Cindy: Sick how some people just do that stuff.
Vana, the passenger, turns to Cindy.
Vana: I know, but things seem so messed up in the world.
Cindy: yeah, but, what do you do?
Vana turns look out the window.
Car stalls.
Cindy: no, not again, last time this happened, I had to walk 4 miles to find help.
Vana: Turn here.
Cindy: It looks like a school.
Vana: uh, duh. Someone will be in there.
Cindy turns the steering wheel and they drift into the school’s back parking lot.
Vana: ok, there are no cars here.
Cindy: yeah, I know, but to late now.
Vana: right we will just go in and look for someone.
Car comes to a complete stop facing the school. The two step out, and look at the massive but still small school.
Chapter 4
No where to hide.
The same girl that we saw before, Alishea, walks a small path at the side of a large building. Unbeknown to the audience that the side passage is actually a path that leads to the front of the school. She walks the path, looking terrified that the kind policemen are going to take her away. Alishea looks back now and then to watch her back. Then she comes to a corner. There is light on the other side. As she walks down the sidewalk that she just turned down, she sees a small parking lot in front of the building she is walking toward. She notices the parking lot get bigger and bigger until she sees around the corner, and there is a school. Is this the same school that the other 2 girls just broke down behind? Quite possibly. She sees glass doors to her right, so she walks in the doors into the school.
Cut back to Vana and Cindy entering the building thru the back doors. Vana looks down the hall, and then glances at the stairs above her.
Vana: How do we plan to search this place?
Cindy: Right now, we stick together.
Cindy and Vana walk together. Small creeks and doors opening and closing can be heard, then silence. Cindy walks behind Vana. Vana presses on, unafraid, and taking regular steps forward.
Vana: just keep moving someone has to be here. Some one who can help us.
The walk until they reach the auditorium.
Vana: this place is huge; maybe we should split up to search this place.
Cindy: no, not yet, lets just keep looking. This way.
Cindy starts to weave between the Tables and chairs toward a hallway on the other side. Above camera angels reveal the massiveness of there area. Camera cuts a lower angel and a dark figure jumps in front of the camera, and in a flash, its gone. Cindy turns quickly around to look.
Cindy: What was that?
Vana: sounded like a rat.
Cindy: Big rat.
Vana: Yeah, lets just keep moving, this place creeps me out.
A door creek can be heard, and 20 feet away, a pair of wooden doors slowly close.
Vana looks over toward the doors then looks at Cindy.
Cindy: ok, can we go yet, it’s the middle of July. No one is here.
Vana: good idea.
Camera switches angles to a dark area looking out at the two, and a shadowy figure surrounded by darkness stares at them, and with a grunt, its gone. Cut back to the two.
Cindy: ever have that feeling your being stared at maliciously?
Vana: like right now??? (Petrified, feeling the fear.)
They back up slowly as the sounds of grunts, and something moving very fast around them.
Chapter 5
A new kind of Alishea
Side angles show as they back into a column. Then a woman popping out and grabbing them, pulling them back behind the column with her, with lighting speed. This woman is Alishea. The girls can’t scream as Alishea has her hands around their mouths.
Alishea: lets go, this way.
She releases them, and runs for the double doors that just closed. The 2 others follow her. They run thru the doors, and a man in a trench coat and hat is seen jumping from the side and running after the doors as they are being slammed.
Alishea stops as she instructs every one toward the stairs.
Alishea: up the stairs, quickly everyone, go up the stairs.
Alishea follows behind as the man in the trench coat takes the Alternate way to the stairs. The man in the trench coat stops at the start of the stairs as he watches the girls run franticly up the stairs. He turns and walks away.
Chapter 6
Rendezvous
-Back to the girls-
Alishea slams the double doors at the top and walks over to a corner, and ducks her head.
Vana falls to her knees winded.
Vana: Who are you, and what was that?
Alishea raises her head, turns to the girls and falls back against the wall to sitting position.
Alishea: well, I’m sort of in hiding…
Vana: why, did you do something?
Cindy: Wait, the description of the murderer on the radio…but…YOU????
Alishea: no, I didn’t…I…
Cindy: you killed all those people?
Vana: and you want to kill us now.
Alishea: no, I… I can’t remember… I didn’t…
Alishea turns her head, and looks in the direction of the camera, closes her eyes, and opens them woozy.
-Flashback-
Alishea and a woman are in a heated argument. The woman pushes Alishea away.
Woman: Move… get out of the way.
Everything goes dark
-Back to real time-
Alishea looks back up toward the others.
Cindy: So why did you kill them?
Alishea: I can’t remember... I…
Vana: have you tried talking to the police?
Cindy: and that guy…
Alishea gets woozy again blinking her eyes.
-Flash back-
Woman: get out of the way…
Alishea is pushed against the wall again, and falls unconscious. A man in a trench can be seen walking away in the shadow of the room.
-Back to real time-
Alishea: we have to hurry (calmly)
Vana: No, he’s gone now.
Alishea: No, we have to go.
She points down the hall.
Alishea: There… he’s coming.
Alishea drops her hand from the air, and starts to back toward the double doors.
A dark figure in a trench and hat walks around the corner, and slowly walks toward them.
Vana: Oh, God.
Alishea looks at the doors and turns her head toward Vana and Cindy.
Alishea: Quickly everyone, through the doors.
Alishea opens the door, and standing by the stairs is the man in the trench, and hat.
The man runs toward her. She punches him, kicks him, and pushes him away. He comes running again. She slams the door locking it.
Alishea: Down the hall, now!!
Alishea leads the sprint down the hall, to around the corner, and down that hall, to the next set of double doors in the middle of the hall. Vana stops after the doors.
Vana: I can’t
She drops to the floor.
Vana: I quit; he’s got us.
Alishea stops and closes the doors locking them.
Alishea: No… were fine for now.
Vana: no were not, did you see that guy? He was just down the hall, and then behind the door…
Alishea: yes but… look, we’ll lose him, lets go though those doors right there.
Alishea points to a pair of doors on the side of the hall.
Alishea helps Vana off the floor, and they all walk toward the doors. Camera cuts when they attempt to open it. Camera changes angles to inside the room, and them opening the doors.
Chapter 7
No Way Out
Alishea: this place looks like a maze, so stay close.
Vana: right…
Cindy: what is this room?
Alishea: looks like… A machine room, or something…
They walk for a few minutes deeper and deeper into the room. Twisting the corners and turning about, sticking close together, they look around completely lost. A banging starts in the background.
Cindy: What was that???
Alishea: keep moving, he won’t find us if were quick and quiet.
They keep moving, the banging still about. Then the noise stops.
Vana: maybe he gave up.
They turn a corner to a narrow walkway. There appears to be a corner to turn at the end, but when they get there, there is nothing.
Alishea: No, he was just confusing us. Tricking us.
Cindy: and it worked.
Camera turns from Cindy’s face, to the end of the walkway. And standing there is the trench coat man with the hat.
Alishea: Great!!
Vana: well, this would appear to be the end…
The man starts to walk toward them slowly.
They back into the wall.
Alishea: Look to the left.
Vana looks right
Vana: for what?
Alishea: No… Left…
Vana looks. It is a very narrow passage way.
Cindy And Vana stand there petrified as the man approaches closer.
Alishea: GO!!!
They run trough the opening, and out the other side. The man, to large to fit through, glares at the girls as they narrowly escape them. The girls run until they see a different set of double doors. They run out. A pair of doors can be seen connected to the opposite side of the hallway. They run in side.
Alishea: this looks like a gymnasium.
Vana: Yeah…
Cindy: Shouldn’t we keep moving?
Alishea: yes, come on.
The gym is dark. A painful silence is about. No motion, except the girls walking back to back to back down the center of the gym.
A door opening and closing startles the girls.
Cindy: was that in here?
They look about the room for any motion, or doors closing. No doors closing are seen.
Alishea: no, we would have seen the door close.
Running can be heard all around them. The camera moves a way from them to show the vastness of there surroundings. A dark figure passes past the camera about 2 times.
Alishea: Slowly move toward the door.
Vana And Cindy Paralyzed with fear, insist on moving to quickly toward the door.
A loud stomp as the man lands on the floor, as if jumping off the ceiling. The man raises from his kneel, and slowly looks up toward the girls.
For a few seconds the man and the girl are locked in a staring contest from opposite sides of the gym. A kick ball rolls up beside Vana.
Vana looks down at the ball picks it up and kicks it toward the man.
Cindy: Wow, I see you’ve been practicing…
The ball smashes the man in the head.
Cindy: Great distance.
The man turns his head back toward the girls, grins and starts to walk toward them.
Alishea: oh, Bad idea.
Vana: What now.
Alishea: Go thru the doors behind you, and up the stairs, I’ll meet you there.
Vana: No…
Alishea: Go Now.
Cindy and Vana do as they are told.
Camera follows Cindy and Vana, as they make there way up stairs. Cindy spots a sign at the top of the stairs, that reads Media Center.
Cindy: Vana.
Chapter 8
Into The War Zone
Camera back to Alishea
Alishea stands, and begins to circle the man, and he circles back, still oncoming.
Suddenly the man’s pace picks up, then to a full run. She ducks as a fist goes over her head and the man comes to a complete stop after missing her. She runs around the gym, as he pulls out a metallic pipe from inside of his sleeve.
Alishea runs for the doors on the other side of the gym. Locked. The man still approaching her, Alishea cannot move. The man walks closer and closer until the man raises the pipe in a swinging position. Alishea ducks her head, preparing to be killed, her eyes are open, and a look to the left reveals another pipe leaning against the wall. She dives, as the man’s pipe hits the wall. Alishea picks her self up, and runs to the pipe. Here the battle begins.
They circle the center of the gym, prepared to fight. The man throws the first swing, and it’s blocked by Alishea’s pipe, Then Another and another. And they continue to fight for a few seconds, until Alishea takes charge of the situation at hand. She hits him in the leg, then across the head. The man drops the pipe, and Alishea throws a swing that knocks the man unconscious. She throws the pipe down and turns away. Not looking back, the man raises and Reaches for his coat pocket, Alishea, knowing this, back kicks him down, and he doesn’t get back up. She walks away to follow the other girls.
Chapter 9
Media Center
Camera to inside media center doors. Vana opens the door.
Cindy: shouldn’t we wait for her?
Vana: She’ll find us, don’t worry… What is her name anyway?
Cindy looks at Vana in confusion, and then turns forward.
The media center is dark, and morbid. Everything neatly organized. Vana stops.
Vana: it’s really dark…
Cindy: Just stay close.
Vana moves closer to Cindy. A book dropping out of the shelf scares them. They jump back and continue their search through the library. They start to turn the corner. Vana looks through the darkness to see a door open to the right.
Vana: Hey, go right I see a door open.
Cindy: ok, this place is freaking me out.
They walk thru the door.
Cindy: Look for a light switch.
Vana franticly searches the wall.
Vana: (flipping the light switch) Found it.
The light reveals the room, of a decent size, completely empty except for a table in the center of the room.
Vana: Lets wait her for here.
Cindy and Vana sit down on the table.
Chapter 10
Innocence Revealed
-Camera Cuts to Alishea-
Alishea walks down a hallway then gets woozy.
Close up on her eyes.
-Back to full body view-
Alishea faints and falls to the floor.
-Flashback- (everything tinted blue)
Alishea yells at the woman who we saw earlier.
Views from outside of a window as the two argue.
Alishea: he is coming for you.
Woman: I don’t have time for this.
Alishea: you have to leave!!
Woman: just go, before he comes after you as well.
Alishea: Come with me, we’ll get out together.
Woman: NO!!!
The man in the trench walks in the door behind Alishea. Alishea does not notice but the woman does.
The woman pushes Alishea back.
Woman: Move! Get out of the way.
Alishea stands and looks at the man confused.
The trench coat man walks in front of Alishea and pushes her back against the wall. She falls unconscious. The trench coat man walks toward the man.
Woman: NO…
The trench coat man pulls an iron pipe out of his sleeve, and bludgeons the woman over the head. The woman falls dead. The trench coat man looks over at Alishea, turns and walks out where he came. Alishea gains consciousness. She picks her self up, and walks over to the dead woman. She looks at her. Alishea looks away sadly, holding it all in.
-Back to real time-
Close up of brown eyes snapping open.
The view widens to reveal a face to go with the eyes, then, a body. It’s Alishea.
Alishea stands to the sound of stomping feet behind her.
Close up of eyes as she turns. The man in the trench is standing at the end.
Alishea: Why is he after me?
Alishea blinks her eyes a few times and looks down.
-Final Flashback-
Alishea: He is after you.
Woman: He’ll be after you as well.
Alishea: He kills anyone who witnesses the murders.
Woman: Yes, now leave before your next.
-Back to real time-
The man in the trench starts to walk toward her. Alishea slowly backs up until she hits the wall. Alishea looks left to see doors. The man picks his pace up until he is running. Alishea dodges to the doors.
Chapter 11
Reunion
Alishea stumbles into the room on the other side. The Media Center. Its dark except for a room with light on a little way down. It’s the room the Cindy and Vana are in.
-Cut to Cindy and Vana-
Cindy: Did you here something?
Alishea dives into the room.
Vana: What’s wrong?
Alishea: We have to go… Now.
Cindy looks outside of the room.
-Cut to doors into the media center-
The man in the trench walks in.
-Back to Alishea, Vana, And Cindy-
Alishea spots a door on the other side of the small room.
She runs thru them. Camera cut to the man behind them. Then back to the girls. Alishea leads the way thru the dark library. Another door takes them to the exit. The man just walks into the dark passageway that took the girls to the exit. The girls run out. Alishea Spots an elevator.
Alishea: Come on… to the elevator… Quickly…
Alishea stops and lets the others go first. Cindy presses the button to call the elevator. 5 seconds, no response… finally it opens as the man in the trench walks out of the library and toward the elevator.
The girls scramble in.
Cindy: Close it, close it.
Vana: I’m trying…
Alishea: Oh God….
It finally closes with the man inches away.
Beethoven’s Moonlight Sonata calms the scene.
Vana drops to her knees
Vana: That was way too close…
Alishea: Well, I have something to tell you…
They other look unenthusiastically.
Alishea: He’s after me, and only me, but if you hang around, and he catches me, then he’ll be after you two as well.
Vana: What… (Surprised)
Alishea: He only kills the people who witnessed his other murders, and I witnessed one…
Cindy and Vana turn to each other, and then turn back to Alishea.
Cindy: Is that it… after all we’ve been through, you think were just going to leave you in here to die?
Vana: Yeah right.
Alishea nods her head and smiles.
Vana: Were in this all together…
The elevator door opens, and a creepy darkness fills the scene.
Alishea: We have to sneak out of here
Vana: Right, um… the kitchen. It has to have an exit.
Alishea: Good idea, he wouldn’t expect that.
Cindy: Yeah, now where’s the kitchen?
Alishea walks down the hall. Cindy and Vana follow.
The man watches as the girls walk away.
Chapter 12
Into The War Zone II
Cut to an above shot of the girls walking into the auditoria
Alishea: there’s the kitchen.
Cindy Turns to see a dark figure move from the view of a window above the Auditorium.
Cindy: There…
They all look and slowly walk back until they hit the kitchen door.
Alishea: I think we better hurry
Vana opens the door and they walk into the kitchen.
Alishea: I don’t see an exit.
They continue farther into he kitchen. It’s dark in here as well. They explore for a few minutes.
-Cut to man walking in kitchen-
Alishea stops.
Vana: What?
Alishea: Wait… he’s in here…
Alishea runs behind an oven. The others follow.
Vana: What do we do?
Alishea peeks her head up to see the man quickly stomping his way toward them. Alishea ducks down again quickly.
A few seconds later he walks past them. Alishea peeks her head out again after he walks by then dives out and scrambles across the floor behind another large appliance. The others follow. A few seconds pass as Alishea catches her breath. Alishea looks to her left and standing there, is the man.
Alishea gasps and runs. The others follow followed by the man. The girls duck in front of the serving table apparently loosing him. The man appears on scene looking around for the girls. As he moves around the table, so do the girls. Alishea glances to her left to see a door, her only escape. Alishea jumps up and sprints to the exit. The others follow, and the man follows them. Alishea dives through the door, and into the hallway. Another set of double doors are seen, as Alishea jumps to her feet and sprints into those doors, followed by the others, this time losing the man. The girls duck behind a mat. This room is the multi purpose room. Alishea watches out the door, as the man walks by.
Chapter 13
Pray for me
Vana pulls herself up, and starts hysterically laughing.
Vana: That was awesome!!!
Cindy: Keep your voice down…
Alishea looks around and heads for a door.
Cindy and Vana quietly chat in the back ground as the camera follows Alishea.
Alishea: Door…Exit…(She mutters to herself as she opens the door.)
Alishea: Hey, Look…Exit!!!
Vana: Yes, now we can leave…
Alishea looks at the door they came in at.
Alishea: But, what about him?
Vana: Your next, right?
Alishea: Yeah
Vana: well, if your next he won’t kill anyone else.
Alishea: No, I have to stop him once and for all…as the movie advertisements say… A Last Great Final Battle.
Vana: Yeah, but how?
Alishea: I’m on it…
Alishea walks for the door that they came in.
Vana: What is she doing?
They follow.
Camera follows in front of Alishea as she walks down the long hall apperantly toward the office.
Vana: What are we doing?
Alishea: Calling him out…
Cindy: That is not a good idea…
Vana: But it’s the only way…isn’t that right…
Alishea opens the office door.
The trio walks in and starts exploring
Alishea: Look for a phone…
They search for a few minutes in this section of the office, Vana starts down a hallway.
Vana: Found a phone.
Alishea Walks over, picks the phone up, and switches it to P. A. Mode.
Alishea: This is the only opportunity to kill me if you want to take it, meet me in the gym in 15 minutes. Oh, and lose the iron pipe. We will settle this like humans and not animals. The civilized way. I Repeat… Gym, 15 minutes, no weapons… if you want me this is the only way…
Camera cuts back and forth between the man in a random hallway, and Alishea on the phone.
Alishea: Lets go, if you want to see this, I suggest you follow.
Alishea walks away, Cockily.
-Cut to man-
The man looks down, confused but then takes the iron pipe out of his sleeve, and throws it down, walking away.
Chapter 14
The Last Collection
Alishea walks down a hall followed by the others.
Alishea: There has to be a storage closet for the drama club at this school.
Vana: Is this it?
Alishea walks to the door, opens it and what do you know, Props for the drama club.
Alishea looks around, and then looks down to reveal swords.
Alishea: Those will work nicely…
She picks up 2 swords, and walks out the door cockily again. The others look at each other and follow. Camera follows Alishea.
Alishea: to the gym we ride…
Chapter 15
Fight Without Humanity
-Time elapsed-
Location: Alumnae gym, Appears empty, but is it?
The door suddenly bursts open to reveal the man walking in. He looks around. No one. The expression on his face is that maybe someone set him up. He walks down the stairs. Still no one. It’s still dark. The man walks to the center of the gym and stands. Lights mysteriously turn on. And stepping out of the darkness is Alishea, with two swords. She walks toward him with her head lowered.
Alishea: seems the tables have turned a bit…
She tosses him a sword.
Alishea: Ready?
The man takes the first swing, its blocked by Alishea, and they begin there battle. About 2 minutes into their wild swinging of swords Alishea slashes the man in the stomach the man drops the sword and limps off into a narrow hallway beside the gym, and is not seen again. Alishea still stands holding the sword, enjoying her apparent victory. She drops the sword and falls to her knees. Alishea takes her jacket off, and rolls up her shirt enough to reveal that he had also been cut quite badly. She falls to the ground.
Vana and Cindy run on scene.
Vana: Alishea, God…
Cindy: Alishea, oh my…
-Slowly fade to black-
Chapter 16
Keep Your Enemy’s Closer…
-2 days later-
-Slowly fade in from black-
Vana: Did you see him?
Cindy: Wait, she’s waking up.
Brown eyes snap open. Widen to reveal a face to go with the eyes, then a body lying on the floor. –Wait haven’t we been here before?- Alishea grabs her stomach, and looks around. A dark room is seen, with windows on the doors. Alishea is lying on a table.
Alishea: What’s going on?
Vana: Glad to see your awake, but… I don’t think that he’s gone…
Cindy: He’s still been chasing us around this school for days now… He won’t let us leave.
A tapping starts in the background, then a pounding.
Alishea: what, no… I killed him…
Vana: that’s what we thought too…
A door opens.
Vana: Oh God…
The man walks in and slowly pulls the sword out of sleeve.
Close up on Alishea. The man walks toward Alishea, pulls up his sword, and swings.
Close on Alishea’s eyes closing.
