Unbalanced
Festering Cracks in My minds eye, eroding away at beliefs and traditions. A wad of crumpled rubble, scattered carelessly in My quests' wake.
A lifetime of systmes, of checks and balances now suspect. What was once taken for granted, now lay at My feet, disheveled and all but abandoned. Clawed through, kicked at, studied through a magnifying glass. Melting from the glare of the heat of passionate yearning.
The scourge of information lay still now. Dust settling down upon it. Soon once again, to be sifted, and sorted, removed and discarded into their rightful place among importance. Surrendering what was, to what is, and what will be.
All the wonders I thought I knew so well, now a fallen rustle of past inquiry. A bargan bin of useless knowledge and priveliged gossip. The balance tipped heavily. Laden. Wisdom wanton and untethered.
Sifting Sifting - reclaiming My right to choose to believe what I dare to, what I instinctively know as truth. All the while perched atop My rubble. I smile, fresh from debris within. A new slate. A new beginning. Purged of the steel bars of societal restraint. Nothing cementing My thoughts. Not one thing is concrete, and all is free to be explored, discovered and rediscovered. Dancing and singing with joy upon My God given right to be Me.
