All alone at night
Nothing to do
No one to talk to
It takes patience to get what I want
It takes patience that I don’t have…
I slowly wait, in angst
Waiting for the day to come
When I can be with her, embraced
Sweet romantic music runs
Through my ears
As I dream of drawing close to her
My patience is running thin
Time becomes an enemy
Thinking back to when time was truly the worst thing imaginable
Its funny how bad timing can impact life so drastically
Being at the wrong place
At the wrong time lost her life
She had done nothing but go to the store
To pick some stuff up
Selfish Foolish Arrogant men
Wanting everything
Took her away from me
Robbing the store just before she walked in
Of course she didn’t hear them tell everyone
Not to move or else they would be no more
So she walks in and loses her life
Just because she needed a few essential thing in order to live
I’m still waiting for my day to come
Although I could take my life right now
I don’t want to be Selfish, Greedy, and Arrogant
And get what I want when I want it.
